Peasebrook Farm is one of the oldest farms in Broadway. Peasebrook was granted a charter in 972 by King Edgar.
In 1840, the land was farmed by William Taylor and by 1855 Samuel Taylor is also recorded as farming the land. Following the death of William Taylor, a stock sale was held at the farm in April 1875.
By 1911 the farm was farmed by Martin Smith. The 1911 Census records the following for the farm:
- Smith, Martin, aged 67, Head, Farmer, born Gloucestershire
- Smith, Harriet, aged 73, wife, born Elmley Castle, Worcestershire
- Smith, Kate, aged 29, daughter, single, helping at home
- Powell, James, aged 35, single, farm labourer, born Stafforshire.
